Tips on how to get the best out of the Free International Calls system
Here are a few hints and tips from the Free International Phone Call’s team on how to use the service effectively and to ensure you get the best out of it.
Don't press "call" after your international number
Remember you are making a call through a telecoms provider service "Free International Calls". Therefore once you have dialed the mobile access number and listened to the message, the only other number you need to put in is your full international destination phone number. You do not need to press the "call button" as you are already connected to Free International Calls and we connect you directly. Pressing the "call" button after the destination number may lead to your service provider charging you for an international call. So to clarify a step by step guide to using the service:
1.) Check your destination's availability 2.) Dial the mobile access number and listen to the voice message 3.) When prompted dial your full international destination telephone number followed by the # key. (remember you DO NOT press send afterwards; as you are automatically connected)
Can you use the service with a Pay-as-you-go phone
Absolutely you can!
Remember to ALWAYS check with your service provider what they will charge for calls to mobile numbers before making your calls
